I’m Rachel Albrecht, a digital marketer and photographer residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Marketing Management, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Growth in 2020. My background has allowed me to wear multiple hats in marketing and communications, from in-house roles at Fortune 500 Companies to agencies. I specialize in digital marketing, communications, and organic social media.
My venture into this field was sparked in 2017 when I joined DXC Technology as a Content Marketing Intern. Here, I delved into analytics and SEO, significantly enhancing the digital presence of the global Content Hub. I continued my work at DXC in 2018, later transitioning to an Associate Editor role, laying a foundation for my career in marketing. 
In 2019, I kicked off my internship at Corning Incorporated, where I played a pivotal role in the communications department, managing the production of an HR recruitment video, fostering the growth of an internal company social platform, and orchestrating department events. This opportunity gave me insight into internal communications and sparked my passion for events marketing.
Graduating in 2020 marked the commencement of my agency career. I started as a Social Media Consultant at Faith Wachter Consulting, diving deep into social media management across a diverse portfolio of B2C and nonprofit clients. I further broadened my horizons at Katzcy, a B2B technology-focused agency, embracing a marketing generalist role. Through both of these roles, I gained experience in email marketing, website design, SEO, social media copywriting, graphic design, and virtual event management across industries.
In the summer of 2021, continuing my career in technology, I transitioned into a full-time role at the global PR and marketing agency, TEAM LEWIS. I have played a pivotal role in driving the expansion of organic social media channels for a distinguished portfolio of B2B and B2C technology clients, leveraging a blend of creativity and data-driven insights. I ensure that every social campaign, down to the individual post resonates with and engages with the audience.
